Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will gladly assist with issues.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Scent Preferences
Because scent is a personal preference, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that you do not like. We recommend reviewing scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
