Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not accept returns on used products.

However, we want you to love your purchase and will gladly assist if there is a problem.

 

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

 

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will correct the issue.

 

Scent Preferences
Fragrance is a personal preference. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or returns based on scent dislike.
